REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS/ CHANGE OVER SWITCHES AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT NAYA RAIPUR MIL STN

Disconnecting and taking out DG set electric connection from both side incoming and out going electric and DG set supply of 30 KVA DG Set and serving the DG set with authotrised dealer/rep of dealer (kirloskar) and make it complete with all respect as servicng , connecting ,testing etc with duly change of US Parts of DG Set same shall be paid seperately and cheking the battery terminals, apply necessary vesline on it and fresh connection complete all as specified and directed Note rate deemed to included the T&P used for this purpose bring by the contractor and If again any fault occur of same nature of repair during the contact period is rectified by the contractor at free of cost complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F in replcement of Fuel fillter of DG set 30 KVA Silent type as per existing complete all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F in replcement of coolant of DG set as per existing complete all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

S&F in replcement of Oil fillter of DG set 30 KVA Silent type as per existing complete all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

S& filling/ changing in replacement of old US oil with of Kirloskar Engine Oil as per prescribed grade of Kirloskar all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

S&F in replcement of Oil fillter of DG set 62.5/63 KVA Silent type as per existing all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

S&F in replacment of battery terminal brass suitable for 12 volt 150 Ah battery of DG set all as specifed and directed by engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of pipe cables etc,. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returing filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around the cable for cushioning including punning down as specified in relevant clause of SSR Part I. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 1, size flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm all as per required and directed.

Taking out carefully existing unserviceable LT cable from pole, panels and trenches any size any capacity and removing connection from existing switch board/ over head line etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply/Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, jointing and testing 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured electric cables 16 sqmm 4 core with aluminum stranded conductor, complete all as specified and as directed

Ditto- all as per above item No 16 but size of cable 50 sqmm 3.5 core

Ditto- all as per above item No 16 but size of cable 70 sqmm 3.5 core

Ditto- all as per above item No 16 but size of cable 150 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and laying galvanised iron pipe “Light Grade” 40mm bore dia in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables with all necessary fittings , including sealing ends complete all as specified and as directed for the following dia bore :-

Ditto- all as per above item No 20 but pipe size 50mm dia bore

Ditto- all as per above item No 20 but pipe size 100mm dia bore

S& F for onload change over switch (four pole) TPN 32 Amps capacity complete in sheet steel enclosure type FN (TPN) suitable for DIN fuse link and removing existing unserviceable one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage

Ditto- all as per above item No 23 but TPN 63 Amps

Ditto- all as per above item No 23 but TPN 100 Amps

Taking down MCCB of any type and any capacity all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing MCCBs 4 pole 415 volt adjustable type 250 amps, 36 KA three pole, incl necessary cable connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing MCCBs 4 pole 415 volt fixed type 25 to 100 amps, 16 KA three pole, incl necessary cable connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for cable glands of size 16 sqmm to 50 sqmm all as specified and directed

M & L for cable glands of size 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm all as specified and directed

M & L for aluminum cable lugs off sizes 16 sqmm to 35 sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for aluminum cable lugs off sizes 50 sqmm to 185 sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL connected to GI strip 32 x 6 sqmm ia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and all as specified including testing on completion.Notes: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II and also refer Plate No-03. Earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately. Note :- Earthing will be redone if desied erath result not found during testing of the same at site complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25 X 3.15 mm with PVC saddle and PVC gutties for keeping the gap with roof and wall complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI strip 32 x 6 mm with PVC saddle and PVC gutties for keeping the gap with roof and wall complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Battery 12V 80AH Make-Exide complete all as per specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 30690.00
