Outsourcing of services for operation and periodical checking, day to day maintenance, repairs and attending complaints of ductable Split Type Air Conditioners of capacity 1.5TR-3 No, 3TR-1 No, 7.5TR -16 No and 8.5TR-2 No at K-15 Complex, cleaning of filters, evaporating units, refrigerant controls, electrical controls, rectifying the faults etc., to ensure smooth functioning of Air Conditioners by providing One Refrigeration Mechanic per shift of 8 hours for One shift in a day on all days excluding Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but at Building No 0201, 0306, 0406, 0603, DTC and SDTC of capacity 3 TR - 2 No, 5.5TR - 09 No, 8.5TR - 5 No, 11 TR- 5 No, 5.5 TR- 10 No, 8TR- 4 No & 8.5 TR - 4 No by providing Two Refrigeration Mechanic per shift of 08 hours for One shift in a day on all days excluding Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1 above but for Ductable Split Type Air Conditioners of capacity 8 TR- 4 No, 5.0 TR- 3 No at AD Integration and 5.5 TR - 21 No, 8.5 TR- 3 No & 10.5 TR- 3 No at PETF & EHSV by providing Two Refrigeration Mechanic per shift of 08 hours for One shift in a day on all days excluding Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No.1 above but for Ductable Split Type Air Conditioners of capacity 8.5TR - 7 No and 5.5TR - 2 No at 0901 & 0902 Building by providing One Refrigeration Mechanic per shift of 8 hours for One shift in a day on all days excluding Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No.1 above but for Ductable Split Type Air Conditioners of capacity 11 TR - 4 No, 8.5 TR-4 No, 5.5 TR- 2 No at AVC building and Exposition Hall by providing One Refrigeration Mechanic per shift of 8 hours for One shift in a day on all days excluding Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for the serial item No 01 to 05: All T&P for operating, repair and maintenance are deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted.

All stationary for Duty Roster, Attendance register, Wages register, Log sheet book, maintenance record etc., shall be arranged, maintained and submitted by the contractor to Engineer in charge in the first week of every month.

Any loss due to negligence, faulty operation shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Wage period shall not exceed one month. Wages for all workers employed shall be paid before 7th day of every month through bank account without fail irrespective of whether RAR is claimed or not.

Non compliance on the part of contractor for not making payment of wages to workers as stipulated above shall attract penalty at the rate of Rs 100.00 per shift per worker from RAR/Final Bill. No claim whatsoever on this account will be entertained.

Minimum wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus etc., to the workers shall be paid by the contractor as per Regional Labour/PF Commissioner Gazette Notification including DA all as authorized.

Labour elements for fixing of spares/parts mentioned in this schedule as supply only shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

The workers employed by the contractor for outsourcing shall be entitled for one day weekly off and the contractor has to provide suitable substitute in the concerned shifts. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for this provision.

The complaints received from the users duly enclosed in the register with docket number and complaint slip has to be maintained with user signature after satisfactory attending the compliant as a token of completion indicating showing the spares replaced wherever applicable.

Supply only Switch fuse unit with enclosure 63Amps, TPN, 415 volts, 50Hz with HRC fuses complete all as specified.

Taking down the old unserviceable compressors, supply and fix new hermetically sealed scroll compressors suitable for package type air conditioner of 5/5.5Ton capacity with mounting assembly such as rubber springs etc., after disconnecting all electric connections, pumping down complete system including alteration of refrigerant piping suction and discharge, pressure testing the complete system with nitrogen after carrying out repairs, flushing out the complete system, vaccumising and gas charging with R-22 refrigerant gas to obtain designed cooling, closing of suction and discharge valves complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above but for 7.5/8/8.5Ton capacity package type air conditioner.

All as per item No 8 above but for 10.5Ton capacity package type air conditioner.

Cleaning of evaporator coil of 1.5 TR to 3 TR capacity Air Conditioner with approved cleaning acid recommended by manufacturer by forced feed method to remove all the dust particles deposited on the coil and fins, cleaning of the filters, greasing to AHU bearings of liquid lines, strainer, expansion valves etc., and testing complete all as specified and directed.
