Disconnecting, dismantling and strip opening of the existing air handling unit of any description and in any position of capacity 50 TR for overhauling and servicing, including taking out existing shaft, blower drum, pulley and de-humidifier pump etc of air handling unit, checking thoroughly serviceability of the parts, fixing the serviceable parts in position, replacement of the defective/non functional/unserviceable parts/spares, reassembling, commissioning, fixing in position and testing of the air handling unit on full load for its smooth and trouble free operation complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & dismantling of existing unserviceable cooling tower, FRP type 50 TR capacity of any description & in any position including dimantling all old connected part/ filters, like motor, FRP casing basin, PVC filling, MS/GI pipe line, sluice valve, stop valve, steel structure frame etc. Servicing/ Overhauling, cleaning, oiling/ greasing and fixing of serviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the cooling towers and connected parts/ items fixed in position for connected to existing system and testing at site on full load complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling of pump and motor 7.5 to 10HP capacity by opening up and cleaning of all parts such as impeller , rotor, stator, fan cover, greasing including replacing all unserviceable/damaged part like impeller, bearing, bush,seal,shaft,coupling,machine,work etc and reconnecting back and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling of pump and rewinding of electric motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge of capacity 5 to 7.5 HP by opening up and cleaning of all parts such as impeller , rotor, stator, fan cover, greasing including replacing all unserviceable/damaged part like impeller, bearing, bush,seal,shaft,coupling,machine work etc and reconnecting back and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Descaling and cleaning of 50 TR condenser water cooled by circulating the diluted chemical HCL by forced feed method not less than 6hrs duration by opening of the end covers of the condenser brushing the tubes thoroughly,re-fixing back the end cover of the condensers with 3mm thick rubber gasket and testing complete to maintaining desired discharged pressures for water cooled condenser complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for charging of Refrigerant R-407C complete including testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for charging of Refrigerant R-410 complete including testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling of compressors oil including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) Any unserviceable items need to be replaced/gas charging etc shall be replaced & paid seperately under respective items. (ii) The cost of dismantling, taking out window AC 1.5/2.0 ton from window and shifting to location where directed for proper washing and servicing and refixing the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Cleaning of the evaporator coil of 50 TR capacity central air conditioning plant with cleaning agent by forced feed method to remove the unwanted dust formed over the cooling coil fins without disturbing the mounting of the coils and greasing to the AHU blower bearing and tightening of all fasteners etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The descaling and cleaning works need to be carried out by authorised skilled person by the service dealer or from the Manufacturer.

S&F thermostatic expansion valve suitable for 50 TR capacity central air conditioning plant including cutting and bracing including taking down existing unserviceable thermostatic expansion valve complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the compressor of 50 TR from installed position after disconnecting the suction and discharge refrigerant line, open the compressor for carrying out the repairs/ replacement of unserviceable parts, setting of valve reeds, valve plates, bearings, loading and unloading mechanism, pistons with rings, oil seals, oil pumps etc after carrying out necessary lathe work for grinding and polishing the worn out seatings/ housing of the compressor body and assembling with essential minor parts i.e. split pins, nuts, bolts, washers, rubber rings etc and fixing in its position including testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pumping down the refrigerant for re use from the gas line to the chillar unit, removing the existing insulation at the shell and tube chiller and carefully dismantling the refrigerant pipe lines, chilled water circulation pipe lines with valves on both inlet and outlet side, Cut open the chiller in a dust free environment with proper tools and equipments and replacement of the damaged existing copper gas pipe line with new annealed copper pipe line of the existing diameter with minimum 0.5mm thick fixing in original position including necessary brazing/ welding and fixing for smooth functioning. Re-assembling the chiller unit with proper Air tight sealed for leak proof by ensuring filling with Nitrogen gas for 72 hours pressure test and covered the complete chiller with nitrate insulation with minimum 19mm thick before connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cut opening and assembling should be done by the authorised dealer. All the spares should be provided through OEM.

M&L for sub main wiring surface/recessed as required with two single core 6 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor, multistranded 1100 volts grade through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit including 6 sqmm copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed wire as earth continuity conductor along the wiring and connected to the common earth dolly complete including removing the existing unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. Copper plate connected with copper strip of 25mmx3mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Strip shall be laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) Copper strip of 25mmx3mm. (b) Watering pipe GI light grade 40mm dia from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly be tightened on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) Excavation & earthwork in any type of soil PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 including RCC pit cover 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel TMT bar 75mm centre to centre with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia mild steel TMT bars suitable for carrying of pit cover.

M&L in replacement for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25x3mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The contractor shall provide adequate number of manpower for attending day to day complaints. The concerned JE will issue the complaint slip to contractor's supervisor at 9 AM and the complaint shall be attended and rectified on the same day or with in two working days from receipt of complaint failing which Rs. 1000.00 per complaint per day shall be penalised. The payments to above labourers/tradesmen for day to day complaints shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of BOQ items. The decision on the penalty shall be decided by the GE (I) and recovery shall be made in due payment of contractor.
