Supply and commissioning of the German Hanger at Numaligarh Refinery Limited Site

Designing, Fabricating supplying , installing and commissioning of modular , portable German Hanger shed of size 6.0 Meter span x 18.0 Meter length, frame made of aluminum with following specifications: Bay distance : 3.0 Meter, Eave height : 3.0 Meter, Ridge height 4.82 Meter, Roof slope 20 degree or curved , aerodynamic , designed for wind speed of 100 KMPH, all elements such as column, truss, purline, Keder rail, tie road, truss and frame horizontal and vertical bracing members, plates etc made of structural 6261 T6 / 6083 T6 Grade extruded Aluminum, with covering roof and all 04 sides with water proof, fire retardant, fungus and termite resistant, UV stabilished PVC coated fabric (make SRF or equivalent) cover sheet of 880 to 890 gsm, thickness 0.75 mm, with keder cord etc compete for securely fixing with the structure, provision for atleast 02 French doors and windows opening with Connector and Fitter made of electro – galvanised steel , cleats, sleeves, screws, Nuts and bolts and other accessories complete for fixing , erection and commissioning at NRL site. Note : (1) For Measurement & payment purpose, plan area of shed shall only be considered ; (2) The supplier will provide the foundation drawing details however rate shall not include the civil works at the site.; (3) Side covers should be foldable; (4) PVC coated fabric should meet IS 7016 Part 1-1992 for the product weight , thickness , water proofness @ 220 psi ; (5) The fabric should be customised fabricated and provided with rust-free eyelets velcro, ropes, D-rings as per the need.
