Construction of Boys Girls Hostel blocks and Correstophen Estate Near Lakkar Bazar, Shimla H.P. SH Civil work, WS SI rain harvesting tank, site development, E.I. work including type IV qtrs.

EARTHWORK: Cutting earth work . in all heights and depth etc. in all kinds of soils including , saturated soil comprising of ,pick work, jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging outof rock ( where blasting is prohibted) and there intermediate classification of soils including dewatering whereever required, setting out to required lines, levells as shown on the drawing and direted by the Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the PWD specification of 1990 ( One thousand nine hundered ninety) volume-I ( one) and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and transportation of the useful materials for disposing at dumping site ( to be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfication of Engineer-in- Charge through all modes of transportations including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with levelling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour , machineries, tool equipments and safety measures and incidents necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful materialsuch as stones, shingles, aggregatesand slates shall be properlystacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. and all surplus excavated earth will be disposed off at approved dumping site which will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be dully compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Earth Work:- Earth work in foundation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited and their intermediate classifications soils including dewatering where ever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site, according to the CPWD specification and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site including prescribed dumping charges (to be arranged by the contractor out of MC area) to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work wise mechanical means and labour (if required) all useful material such as stones,shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the meximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all incidental charges:- :- All kinds of soil.

FORM WORK :-Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for upto all floor levels including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts:-(i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

(iii) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Post and struts. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(iv) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders,bressumers and cantilevers. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(ii) Suspended floors, roofs and the like. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(v)Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral-staircases.Complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(vi) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls.(a) Under 20 cm wide Complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(vii) Walls any thickness including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. Complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(viii) Small lintels of any span,moulding as in cornices,window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like.Complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
