Improvement such as widening and strengthening of Rengali to Sapanai road from 0/000 km to 7/777 km in the district of Sambalpur under SDMF

Unit - Sqm Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. .

Unit - Cum Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil for road works with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, dressing of section to correct line, level, grade & camber for road work or dressing of sides and bottom for foundation of structures and loading into tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. and utilising the surplus earth locally for road work wherever required, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required etc complete in all respect as per clause 301 & 304 of Specification for road & bridge work of MORT&H (5th Revision) & Direction of Engineer in charge.

Unit - Sqm Scarifying and removing the existing bituminous road surface to the required depth as per approved drawing and technical specifications and disposal of scarified materials within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 305.4.3, 305.8, 305.9.5, 501.8.3.2, 501.8.7.2 and 501.8.8.1 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Sqm Reworking the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with sand and compacting finished surface as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900, Clause 501.8.3.2 and 501.8.8.1 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Loosening to a depth of 150mm, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment /sub-grade as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305, 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Sqm Fine dressing and providing, laying turfing with live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations including preparation of ground, fetching of sods with all lifts and leads upto 5 Km. and watering complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 307 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Providing and laying Granular Sub-base with Grading-VI stone screening materials as per Table 400-1 as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit - Cum Providing dry lean cement concrete sub-base by with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to I:S 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm , aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, mixing in concrete mixers with weigh batcher and transporting to work site, laying, spreading and compacting with PRR to the required thickness, finishing and curing as per approved drawing and specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 & Clause 601 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Unit - Cum Providing un-reinforced, dowel jointed cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base as per approved mix design, using 43grade cement not less than 400kg/cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to I:S 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip from paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler,separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 & Clause 602 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
