Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame (without taking off shutter from the frame), area of opening n'exc 1.5 Sqm each, removing from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- In order to facilitate the taking down of chowkhat or frame with holdfasts, the cost of cutting holes or dismantling of brick/stone/concrete masonry work of any description in Jambs of existing opening or removing any other fixing arrangement and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required so as to re-fix the holdfasts of new chowkhat or frame shall deemed included in quoted unit rates. (ii) Hold fast / fasteners shall be measured and paid separately in respective item hereunder.

S&F uPVG ventilator having provision for 250mm size exhaust fan with louvers in upper portion of ventilator and balance fixed with 5mm thick frosted glass including required rubber gasket, pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

S&F 105 mm X 60 mm size pressed steel frames for door with one or more rebates including necessary lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, one shop coat of red oxide primer, filing PCC (1:3:6), type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded store aggregate) in hollow portion of frame and two coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of primed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, shop coat, synthetic enamel paint and PCC filling work shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

S&F 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type, both face is covered with 0.8mm thick decorative face veneer with 6mm thick Ist class hard wood lipping/frame to match on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium glazed door consisting of frame and shutter with stile and rails, made of powder coated aluminium sections (powder coating not less than 0.50) and 5.0 mm thick plain / coloured glass, both side openable on pivot including 2x aluminium handle (150mm long), pivot arrangement, locking arrangement, floor stopper,. necessary joining cleats , glazing clips, rubber gasket & aluminium beading and fixed to wall with suitable size fasteners, required drilling holes, cutting walls and making good to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. The size of aluminium sections are as under:- Frame (chowkket) : 63.50 mm x 38.10 x 1.95 mm Shutter :- (i) Stile : 85mmx 44.45 x 2mm, (ii) Top & Bottom rail : 83 x 44.45x 2mm mm , (iii) Lock rail : 100 x 44.45x 2mm mm Note : Aluminium sections, glass, fitting and fixing as series shall be confirming to relevent IS.

S&F factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. Square tube including painting edges to match with prelam sheet, fixed in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made 30mm thick (stiles), Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with wood free EPS, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, fixed in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.
