Servicing of rolling shutters once in three months which includes greasing, oiling, overhauling and replcaing of defective parts (if required) incuding cost of consumables such as grease, oil, bolts, nuts, screws, pin and other required consumables etc. excluding cost of spare parts which will be paid separately as directed by Engineer-in-charge and technical specification (Rate is for one time operation, shall be valid and effective for 6 months without any operational problem from the date of overhauling. Note/; Payment / Measurement will be made based on the clear structural opening dimension and hood will not be measured. (Rolling shutters 755.786 x 3 = 2267) Say 2,267 Sq.m
Repairing of steel Rolling shutters as per specification including welding, supply, erection of scaffolding frames for execution and removal after completion of work which excludes the cost of spare parts which will be paid separately as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and technical specification
Rust removal, cleaning, providing and painting of all component parts of rolling shutters (except spring and the inside of Guide plate) by one coat of Steel primer and two coats of sythentic enemal paints as directed by Engineer-in-charge
