Design/pattern of gauzed and skeleton door should be approved by EIC.

M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 5489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.

M&L For Spreading neat cement slurry @ 3.0Kg/Sqm and make 40.00 mm thick plain cement concrete in floor type B-0 (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate, smooth finish with using extra cement.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle of grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

S &F 1.25 mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

Material and Labour for 120 ft deep 4 inch borewell drilling with U-PVC casing & screen pipes of dia 110 mm up to 100 ft depth confirming to IS-12818 including cleaning of bore for cleaned water and supply and fixing of 01 HP submersible pump (make : crompton, Kirloskar, CRI) with all accessories i.e. suitable control panel, insulated copper cables supporting wire/rope standard length etc with 40 mm delivery HDPE pipe with 40x25mm GI reducer and 25 mm GI nipple complete as directed by EIC.

S &F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sq m each removing to store
