Kota stone 25mm thick flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of 1:4 cement mortar (1 cement : 4 course sand) (minimum size o fkota stone 2.0 sqft)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and Laying Cement Concrete Grade M-20 with 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, mixing shall be in mechanical mixer, laying with paver compacting by use of pin, plate / screed vibrators including form work by strong steel girders fixed by spikes, separation membrane 125 micron thick, including cutting of joints @ 4 to 5 m interval and filling it with hot applied bituminous sealant (without dowel bars) (max. thickness 20 cm).

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with any section made of 1.60mm or 1.25mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred and welded and grinded finish with profiles required size with 15x3mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete M-10 (Nominal Mix with 20mm maximum size of stone aggregate) blocks 15x10x10cm or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primers. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand)

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufactur

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work
