Supply, laying & testing HT earthed cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade of size 120 Sqmm 3 Core, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, AIuminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq sqmm.

Supply, and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq sqmm.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Ring Main unit (RMU) Panel one incomimg and two outgoings, SF6 filled, load break switch as incoming 11KV VCBs-02Nos for out going, 630 Amp outdoor type made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof locking arrangement duly powder coated totally enclosed free standing floor mounting type, HT 11 KV three phase AC supply for internal arc withstand capacity of 21 KA for 1sec, 21 KA breaking capacity short circuit ratings 3 second spring operated and manually charged operating mechanism with copper bus bars complete RMU panel confirming to IS/IEC: 62271 and IP 54 class of protection comprising necessary bus bars connections and following protective and control devices as specified below: (i) Flush mounting trivector meter with TOD, load survey data, 3 MDI and optical port class I. (ii) Potential transformer of 100VA burden for output of 110V to control all relays. Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exv 1.5 M deep in soft/loose soil and getting out all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling and well rammimg in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or in cable ducts, HDPE DWC pipe of size 120mm (OD) x103.5mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends, end caps etc. for LT/HT cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Item No 9 (Contd…) (viii) Control panel shall have viewing windows. (ix) Emergency spot button shall be easily accessible (x) Provision of electrical illumination inside canopy /enclosure. (xi) High temperature safety for enclosure. (xii) Locking arrangement for all doors and windows with duplicate keys. (xiii) Lifting points shall be provided on base frame. (xiv) Access to fill radiator from outside the canopy. (xv) Specially designed as per manufacturer's standard alternators are to be provided with central or side door to entry into canopy and exist from canopoy. (xvi) Adequate ventilation shall be provided to meet the air requirement to engine and alternator. (e) Anti vibration foundation pads: A set of suitable size and suitable capacity anti vibration pads as required for Generator and engine assembly shall be provided. Item No 9 (Contd…) (g) Documents: Standard documents as per manufacturer specification such as maintenace and operating manual , parts catalouge , display charts such as maintenance and oil change chart/ boards ( for generator and diesel engine ) and log book shall be submitted to Enginerr- In -charge Note : (i) Temperature in the canopy/ compartment shall be less than 5 degree C . It shall adhere to mandatory noise regulation norms. It shall be approved and guaranteed by engine manufacturer. Canopy and insulation shall be suitable for tropical climate. DG set shall comply noise limit 75 db at 1m distance. Contractor shall obtain a copy of approval certificate from any of the institutions approved by Government of India, CPCB from dealer and shall submit to Engineer- In - Charge. (ii) Factory inspection mandatorily to be carried out by rep of Accepting officer. (iii) 12 hours countinuous testing of DG sets at different loads shall be carried out first in presence of Engineer in-Charge and second in the presence of IEM for pre commissioning. The Cost of diesel and testing equipment is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv)The capacity of generating set shall be net after all derating factors as per relevant IS design. (v) The quoted rate includes the cost of disconnecting electrical connections of existing old DG set of 82.5 KVA and shifting the same DG set of MES store yard or any other place at GE Haddo area with the help of Hydra/trolly and the cost includes transportation charges also. Item No 9 (Contd…) (vi) The quoted rate includes breaking of existing PCC foundation and new PCC foundation work to be done as per OEM recommenation.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board upto 5.00 mtr and GI pipe, light grade, 20 mm bore, for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC (1:2:4 type B1) pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009
