(Note- Rates for item -1 include Labor cost with tools & Tackels, Scafolding etc. All Material will be provided by NFL)

Repairing the damaged concrete / plastered /other surfaces withprimer followed by epoxy Mortar / putty prepared by mixing Araldite,Hardners, Quartz sand, in the areas of Urea Plant, Prill Tower, DMPlant, Bagging Plant or any Plant & at Horizontal / Vertical locationsat all heights and depths with all necessary Useful tools scafolding /staging for safe and proper execution of work as per instruction ofEngineer-in-Charge.(Payment for cost of Araldite, Hardeners and Quartz sand shall bemade for separately vide item No. 1 of Material Part)Araldite GY-250 : Hardner HY - 830 : Hardner HY - 850 :Quartz Sand No. 10100 PBW : 45 PBW :15 PBW : 800 PBW (PBW = Parts By Weight)

Laying 5 mm average thickness ( i.e 3mm to 7 mm thick) epoxy screeding with Araldite and Hardners on Concrete / Plastered / metalic surfaces in the areas of Bagging Plant or Urea Plant or any other location as per requirment on Floors, walls, ceilings etc. at Horizontal / Vertical / Inverted surface at all heights and depths with all necessary Tools and Tackels, scafolding / staging as per enclosed Technical Specifications and special conditions of the contract and as per following formulations. Dismantling of existing damaged Epoxy screeding / plaster from the Concrete / Plastered / surfaces of various structure at Horizontal / Vertical locations at all height sand depths, preparing the areas to receive fresh treatment, with all necessary tools & plants , scafolding / staging,including collection of dismentalled materials and disposal of the same in disposal yards located within Factory area as per enclosed Technica Specifications and special conditions of the contract.

Providing and laying Acid Resistant Tile on Floor / Walls / Ceiling / Drains / Dado or at any required location in NFL plant area by using 300 mm x 300 mm or 100 mm x 200 mm or any other available size with minimum thickness of 18 mm Acid Resistant Tile Class-1 conforming to IS: 4457 with one priming Coat of epoxy primer with 6 mm or more thick bed of epoxy quartz mortar to make proper slope and painting of joints with solvent free epoxy paint as per enclosed technical specifications. The rate shall include for surface prepration, Providing & Fixing Tile with Epoxy mortar and disposal of debris to dump yard in factory area. (Note- Rates for item -5 include Material cost + Labor cost. All Material & Labor for Item no-5 i.e- Acid Resistant Tile, Epoxy, Quartz Sand etc Shall be arrange by Contractor )

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and Laying Position Cement Concrete of Specified Grade excluding cost of Centering & Shuttering: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded Stone Aggregate)

Brick Work with Common Burnt clay FPS (Non Modular) Bricks of Class Designation 7.5 in super structure or below plinth level in all size, shape and dimension as per requirment. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse Sand)

12 mm Cement Plaster mix 1 :6 (1 Cement : 6 Fine Sand)
