M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of road complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep in surface area exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 with bitumen content @4% by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and mechanical paver laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR of 8-12 tonne to a smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 4% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 4% than minimum binder content of 4% givne herein above shall be provided. (b) The Job design shall be got down from approved lab and shall be approved by GE before commencement of work.

M&L preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer of grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 Sqm over Bituminous macadam surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L 30 mm thick consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete using combined graded aggregate ie crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) and fille (inherent filer/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (refer SSR Part-I 2009), preheated mixed with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laid and spread means of self propelling mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The job design formula shall be got down from The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work. (b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% givne herein above shall be provided. (c) The premix semi-dense asphltic concrete shall be procured form computerized hot mix plant as approved by GE. (d) The vintage of sensor paver shall not be more than 05 years

M&L for Road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc of 2.0 mm thick (reflective type) on new road/ pavement and the like surfaces, not less than 10 cm wide with hot thermo plast material @ 5 Kg/sqm of white or golden yellow by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heaters driven by skilled operator on road surface including removing all dirt/dust & other foreign matters at site and also managging traffice complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat Eyes solar reflective type of aluminium alloy body solid of size 100 x 100 x 20 mm with PAMA striplers reflectors fixed on the road by using and incl MS stud of suitable size model No DA-972 as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 No 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including necessary excavation and earth work embedding the post in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x30mm) Type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Flexible Median Marker with single shank with dimension 120mmx6mmx188mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Dot C2 Reflective tape 50mm wide and alternates between red & white every 6 inches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in subbase complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS:15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment, laid over sand cushioning and over PCC subbase complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surface and applying two coat of sythetic enamel paint exc 10 cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer all as complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 1,32,400.00
