Repair and servicing and performance testing of the turbocharger fitted on a 500 KVA cummins Diesel Generator set.The following scope includes- (i) Disconnect and remove the turbocharger from DG set, visual inspection for cracks, wear, oil leakage and mechanical damage, turbine and compressor wheel imbalance or blade damage. Check the shaft play and bearing waer. (ii) Complete dismantling of turbocharger assembly,cleaning of all components with chemical agent. (iii) Replacement of bearing, seals, gaskets, thrust collar,piston ring etc. (iv) Balancing of rotating assembly (shaft, turbine,compressor wheel. (v) Reassemble the turbocharger with precision torque setting, perform dynamic balancing and alignment checks. (vi) Bench testing of the repaired turbocharger for :-(a) proper oil pressure (b) No abnormal noise or vibration. (c) stable RPM and flow.

Repair/overhauling of self starter assembly of any type/make/model including alternator of bearing, busing, washer, bendix pinion, carbon bush, field coil, clutch assembly, armature etc complete as required for proper functioning complete for the 500 KVA DG set all as a specified and directed by EIC

Repair/overhauling of automatic/manual, governor assembly of any capacity/make /type/model complete, including calibration replacement of spare parts as required to make the governor 100% trouble free.

Repair/overhauling servicing of dynamo assembly of any make/type, rewinding of armature and field coil including replacement of bearing, busing, carbon bush etc all as required to make dynamo 100% serviceable.

Taking out of defective Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) of DG set (alternator side) of any make/capacity and supply and fix new Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR) including necessary connection, testing and cable work etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC for the following

Taking out u/s alternator 500 KVA DG set and removing startor and rotor, removing old burnt out winding wire and rewinding the stator of suitable size with super enamelled copper wire and insulating materials complete including re-assembling the complete alternator, fixing in position and testing on load complete including replacement of bearing of suitable size -01 set complete all as specified and directed

Repair/maint of existing control panel of DG set of capacity 500 KVA by replacing the connected items such as connectors, leads, copper wire thimble, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, digital frequency meter etc along with any other items required to be replaced as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/maint of existing control panel of DG set of capacity 63 KVA by replacing the connected items such as connectors, leads, copper wire thimble, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, digital frequency meter etc along with any other items required to be replaced as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Aux contactor 230 V , 02 NO and 2 NC complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply & Fix HRC fuse 63 A to 250 A complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S & F multifunction meters suitable for 63 KVA to 500 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S & F in repair contactors 4 pole 100 A to 200 A, 415 V with suitable thimbles all as specified and directed by EIC
