Detailed Designing, Engineering, Procurement & Construction of a Pre-Engineered / Pre-Fabricated Garage / Shed for positioning of Multipurpose Fire Tender (MFT), Re-alignment of existing Operational Boundary Wall to provide direct access of MFT vehicle to Operational area/ Terminal air side, Demolishing of temporary / permanent structures falling in the proposed site of MFT Shed, Dismantling of existing Boundary Wall in front of MFT Shed, Construction of Pipe Culvert / RCC Box Culvert in drain across / below the movement area of MFT Vehicle, Dedicated Water Supply Line from existing UG Tank to a suitable location near entry of MFT Shed / Garage for re-filling of MFT vehicle through pressurized water supply, Other Site development works like filling with approved fill material (as per relevant IS code) as per requirement, diversion and restoration of existing drains (including cleaning / restoring / renovating existing drain in length of 80 mtrs approx. excluding the Box/Pipe Culvert length), diversion of underground services wherever required, connection of sewerage of MFT to nearby STP/Septic Tank, covering of open drain in MFT garage site area with MS grating / perforated drain covers, paved area protection all-round the MFT shed / Garage, laying of paver blocks along New B/Wall on external side of wall, 01 no. Recharge pit / well for ground water recharge. The entire work shall be completed by the Contractor in accordance with Terms & Conditions set forth in Volume-1 (Conditions of Contract), as per scope specified in Volume-2 (AAI’s Requirements) and in conformity with standards, specifications and tender drawings set forth in Volume-3 (Design & Construction Specifications) contained in the tender document. The design and execution of facilities covered under Scope of work shall confirm to standards specified by CPWD, NBC, AAI, MORTH, BCAS, BIS, IRC etc. and meeting all relevant statutory requirements. Scope of work shall also cover DLP of 02 years. Note: The bidder shall quote the offer excluding GST, ESI & PF (Employer’s Contribution).
