Cutting/Prunning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the LT over head lines conductor and around street lights upto 3 mtr from farthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as directed. Note :- (a). The trees branches etc will be left as it is and will not be carried away by the contractor / DEL as the wood belongs to CEO / DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b). Prunning of all tree branches up to 6 inches girth in one tree shall be measured as one Job. (c). Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as directed. (d). Contractor will be responsible for any type of mis-happening / accident while prooning the trees. (e). Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply . However full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f). The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for prunning of trees.
