TENDER FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF COIR BOARD PAVILION AT IITF 2024

Designing, Construction and Maintenance of Exhibition Pavilion at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi (14-27 November 2024)

Total No. of Booths required: i)- 3m x 3m : 24 Nos. ii)- A Big Stall for display of CCRI & CICT Products with rack type platform for display of Products- About 30 sq.mtr. iii)- Live demo space of Coir Handicrafts about 20 Sq.mtr. (As per layout and plan annexed as Annexure1). The Sides of the booths should be covered with PVC laminated plywood/MDF panels with accessories of International Standards. Each 24 Booths should be provided with one modular system table, three modular system chairs, five tube lights, one fan, minimum six spot lights, and one 5/10 amp. Power plug with three phase connection, two potted plants, one wastepaper basket and front fascia with signage with logo of the occupying Entrepreneur. Laminate Finished Solid Partition Wall System will be allowed(Octanorm system will not be allowed). The Successful Bidder has to furnish Coir Board Pavilion (including stalls etc.) with Coir Matting, provided by Coir Board. NB:1. All the booths should be provided with particle board with screwing facility in front of the modular portion wall for fixing exhibits on all three sides (Two sides in case of corner Booth).Racks/Stands for display at 2 levels for each booth. NB:2- Appropriate passage and lighting for the entire area, attractive plants/pots/flowers should be provided at his cost. iV)- Fabricator has to provide and install - A- Combined demonstration -Live demonstration of Rural Road Development using Coir Geo-textiles,The National High Ways Mediant Constructions Technology for light effects and beautification of High Ways using with Coir Pith Manure and Mulch Mat,Demonstration of Technology in road development on sloping protection for erosion control using Coir Geo Textiles. B- Demonstration of Green wall protection system on Metro Pillars and city road avenue region for pollution control using coir products (Vertical Garden). V)- VIP Lounge : 24 sq,mtr. It should be furnished with high standard interior decors and the front side of the booth also should be covered with PVC laminated Plywood/MDF panels with accessories of International Standards, leaving 1 mtr wide door space. The VIPlounge should also be provided with sufficient Luxury Sofa Sets, Teapoy, waste paper basket and cushion chairs. Designing and construction of a reception area/VIP lounge where novel ideas of receiving visitors can be suggested with flower arrangements, visual graphics and structures with visual appeal. Vi)- Pantry – 20 sq.mtr. Pantry arrangements should be provided. Facilities for Coffee/Tea wending machine and storage area for snacks may also be provided in the pantry. (As per layout and plan annexed).

Designing and construction of Beautiful and attractive fascia for the entire pavilion which should give a classic and novel appeal to the visitors. Suitable decorations,Daily Flower arrangements and Glow Sign Board to be made at the entrance/exit of the exhibition hall. Signage light have to be provided and arrangements for inauguration by lighting the ceremonial lamp, ribbon cutting etc. to be arranged.

LED (Wall fixing 10x8 sq. ft.) provided and fitted in an appropriate place so as to have visibility to the public, with proper covering of backside as a box.

Bouquet/Garlands for presenting to the VVIPs and VIPs at the pavilion should be arranged as per the requirements. (Approx.40 nos) Tea/Coffee/Soft Drinks and Snacks may be served to the VIP/VVIPs, as and when required.(Approx .40 nos)

Waste/Garbage removal will be the responsibility of the agency.

Photographs and Videos of the events like inauguration, visit by VIPs/Foreign Buyers etc.(Photographs and videos of the important moments along with daily flower arrangements should be submitted with the bill)

Tea/Coffee and Snacks 2 times (Morning & Evening) during the entire fair days- approx. for 90 participants.

Packed working lunch (Veg only) for stall attendants, to be provided during the fair days – approx. 90 participants. Lunch Pack for VVIPs – 20 Pkts. Per day.

Supply of sufficient Drinking (Mineral)Water at the pavilion.

Sweeping inside the Coir Board Pavilion as and when required.

SAFETY & INSURANCE

Agency to insure all their constructions, fittings, furniture etc. Round the clock security (along with C.C.T.V. coverage) may be ensured for the structure and products. Coir Board would not be responsible for any loss.
