Supply and fixed in repairs, Cast Iron sluice valve of 100 mm bore, class PN 1.6 duly ISI Marked, (conforming to IS-14846-2000) with iron wheel head both end flanged , brass spindle any pattern with GM check nut complete with jointing material, nuts, bolts, washers, gland packing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs, Cast Iron sluice valve of 80 mm bore, class PN 1.6 duly ISI Marked, (conforming to IS-14846-2000) with iron wheel head both end flanged , brass spindle any pattern with GM check nut complete with jointing material, nuts, bolts, washers, gland packing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement, connecting and testing reflux valve (non return valve ISI -5312) CI suitable for 80 mm bore pipe heavy duty both end flanged, brass spindle any pattern with GM check nut, pressure rating PN 1.6 and jointing with joint with rubber or fibre board gasket complete with and including required nos size of nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs of water level indicator consisting transmitter module and receiver module with 2AA batteries for over head tank of height 40' to 50' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing Mild steel galvanised water tubing, 80 mm bore dia, medium grade with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class 'A' in any length with and including all GI fittings fitted to 10,000 gallons capacity PS over head water tank installed on 40 to 50 feet height including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Cost of bamboo etc required for staging/working platform shall be included in the overall rates quoted. (ii) Work shall be carried out in safety norms and all safety shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder.

Material and labour for mild steel bracing/channel/angle iron support fabricated from structural steel sections including MS nuts, bolts and washers with necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape of size for connecting ledder plates including platform for every 10 feet height for PS overhead tank on height 40 feet to 50 feet including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Cost of bamboo etc required for staging/working platform shall be included in the overall rates quoted. (ii) Work shall be carried out in safety norms and all safety shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable pressed steel plates to the ground for necessary repair/replacement works of size 1.25m x 1.25m of thickness 5 mm or 1.25m x 3.75m of thickness 5mm including jointing material (i.e. lead wire /wool /putty /bituminous compound etc) from 10000 Gallons capacity PS over head tank installed on 40' to 50' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Cost of bamboo etc required for staging/working platform shall be included in the overall rates quoted. (ii) Work shall be carried out in safety norms and all safety shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning Pressed steel plates of size 1.25 m x 1.25 m x 5 mm fixed at any position including mild steel Nuts, bolts and washers with necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size for connecting Pressed steel tank plates of PS overhead tank installed on 40' to 50' height staging with required number of holes on the plates according to the existing plates of PS tank including necessary jointing materials (i.e. lead wire /wool /putty /bituminous compound etc) to make the jointing portion absolutely leak proof and applying two coat of lead free black bituminous paint suitable for storage of drinking water internally and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer externally including testing for leakage by filling the tank with water after fixing of plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Cost of bamboo etc required for staging/working platform shall be included in the overall rates quoted. (ii) Work shall be carried out in safety norms and all safety shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder.

Material and labour for refixing of old plates in position by loosing the jointing bolts, unscrewing jointing materials such as lead wire/tapes, lead wool gasket, bituminous compound and replacing with new matching mild steel Nuts, bolts and washers with necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size wherever necessary for connecting Pressed steel tank plates of PS overhead tank installed on 40' to 50' height staging including necessary jointing materials (i.e. lead wire /wool /putty /bituminous compound etc) to make the jointing portion absolutely leak proof and applying one coat of lead free black bituminous paint suitable for storage of drinking water internally and one coats of aluminium paint externally including testing for leakage by filling the tank with water after fixing of plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
