Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachements etc. complete and stacking them within 20 metres lead ( Not exceeding 3 sq.m in area ) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Demolition above G.L.upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead. ( un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm. Thickness ) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and laying APP(Atactic Polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished rainforced with non-woven polyster matt couristing of a coat of bitumin primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 Kg/Litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using but one torch and sealing all points etc. and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameter of the mambrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudenal and travarse direction at 23°C as 650/450 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudenal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening points of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto-2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of mambrane 22.201-3mm thick.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres with ( Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) )

Providing woodwork in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position (2nd class deodar wood ) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws ( 40mm thick ) 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws (40 mm thick) 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement. 40 mm thick

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting (Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink )

Painting two coats(excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping (With enamel paint other than white ) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including t horoughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and fixing Vitreous China wash down water closet (Europen type WC pan) with integral P or S trap i/c jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement: 1 sand) (Seat and cover to be measured and paid for separately) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials (Vitreous China Patteran-2 Anglo Indian ( Universal closet)) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

P/F plastic seat ( solid /Hollow type) and cover and cover for wash down water closet with C.P. Brass hinges abd rubber buffers:-( Solid type with white plastic seat and cover) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and fixing PTMT Coloured /White high density polyethylene / poly propypene 10 litres capacity ( full flush) european standard control low level flushing cistren with fittings such as lead valve,syphon, 15 mm nominal size PVC Ball valve with polythene float, with push burron , coupling for connections with inlet, outlet and over floe pipe, 40 mm dia C.P. Flush bend including cutting holes in walls and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet ( overflow pipe to be measurement and paid for separately ) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and fixing stainless steel Kitchen sink of approved standard ISI make with drain board and C.P. waste with C.I. or M.S. Bracket painted white including cutting holes and making good the same but excluding fitting. ( 610 X 460 mm with bowl depth 200 mm ) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and fixing viterous china wash basin with single hole for pillar tap with C.I. or M.S. Brackets painted white including cutting holes and making good the same but excluding fittings:- ( Flat back 550 mm X 400 mm) within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.
