Drive Unit:- Winch consisting of Motor, Coupling, Break, Gear Box, Clutch, Pawl & Ratchet assly., Rope Drum, Base frame etc. (Technical specification as mentioned in Drg. No. MEC/S/E254/A/10/C1/0426/001 (Item No. 1, estimated quantity=1600kg) and as detailed in TS)

Motor control panel – Free standing, floor mounted, Non-draw-out type, modular construction in Sheet steel enclosure with IP class – IP-55.

DC electromagnetic brakes complete with brake panel in 2.0 mm thick sheet steel enclosure, enclosure protection IP-55, structure mounted type.

Local control station / post for door lowering rack in stainless steel enclosure with canopy, IP – 55 with pushbuttons for emergency stop, alarm, hoisting & lowering.

Note: 1. Items to be supplied as specified in the T.S./Drawings. All bought out items shall be as per Preferred Makes mentioned in TS (Apendix-A). 2. Quantity mentioned above is only an estimated quantity & may undergo change as per operational requirement & site execution. 3. BOM shall be operated on unit rate basis. 4. Units rate shall be quoted for all the above items for any additional requirements/ decrease in requirements. The contract value may get altered on account of increase/ decrease in the respective quantity of various items. 5. Unit rate shall be firm & binding till completion of the project & handing over to employer.
