Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m (one point meter) in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten square meter) on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all lead and lift upto 1.5 m, (one point five meter) as directed by Engineer-incharge. All kinds of soil, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (one cement isto two coarse sand isto four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter)size including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:- 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 Twelve metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) (Five point five into fifty five milimeter) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required, including all heights i/c leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (Ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (Ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture, in all heights, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm (one milimeter) thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm (Forty into forty into six milimeter) angle iron and 3 mm (Three milimeter) M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer Using flats 30x6mm (Thirty into six milimeter) for diagonal braces and central cross piece, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
