Supply and erection of dust and vermin proof cubical EB metering panel board of suitable size made up of 16 SWG sheet steel for outer body, doors, switch separation, supports with supply and fixing of Double pole ELCB, rewirable fuse units, suitable for housing of 315A TPN as main control and with 20Nos. 32A Three phase 415V 50 HZ Watt hour metre with bus bar chamber complete with 25mm x 3mm tinned copper flat for 3phase and neutral and 25mm x 3mm tinned copper flat for panel earth bus with bus bar insulators complete with interconnection of watt hour meters, using suitable current carrying capacity multistrand PVC insulated copper wires between bus bar to WHM and WHM to cutout and ELCB's. Tinned copper flat for earth bus runs all round the panel to provide earth connection and inter connection by No.8 SWG HDBC conductor to incoming earth link and meter chamber earth bus. The housing to accommodate 32A Three phase energy meter 1-10 bottom row and 11 to 20 top row sectional cutout for 20Nos. with 40 Amp 30 MA Four Pole RCD/ RCCB (Higher End) suitable for WHM and the chambers with 5mm thick transparent glass at the front for reading purpose and supply and fixing of Indication lamps with toggle switches with sealing provision by TNEB complete with internal connections and as per TANGEDCO MRT specifications. The panel board should be painted with two coats of High quality epoxy paint over one coat of red oxide primer with superscriptions. The above cubical EB metering panel rest on suitable angle iron base.
