S&F frosted glass 4.80 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 50mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25mm x 3.0mm aluminium strip complete all as directed.

Material & labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32mm x 6.0mm GI strip or steel wire complete all as directed.

M&L for lightening conductor for Air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw including box made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet of size 100mm x 100mm x 50mm with front side hinged type opening and locking arrangement duly painted with aluminium paint, fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing of lighting conductor GI pipe heavy duty of size 40mm with suitable clamp, GI bolts nuts, check nuts and washers including all accessories required for fixing of the poll on the roof of the shed complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i). GI pipe fixed at twenty (20) different locations on the CGI roof in each shed on equal distance. Clear hight above the roof shall be 3.20 Mtr. The GI pipe shall be clamp firmly with CGI roof by means of iron clamp, nuts, bolts and washers (ii). The fixing arrangement shall be as per CESZ TD Drawings No. TD/EM/12 & TD/EM/15.

Steel Tubular Swaged Poles Type 410-SP-31 (9 Metre long) including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, screws, etc. including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium primer (externally from top of RCC copping) including writting MES Pole No. with synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) complete all as specified. Note:- (a) Earthwork will be measured and paid under appropriate items in Schedule 'A' Part-II and PCC will be measured and paid under relevant items in this Schedule. (b) Volume occupied by Steel Pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Supply laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be the measured after punning down.

Supply and laying for class designation 75 bricks, old size, flat, common clay laid in trenches across the trench as protection of underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing to thermoplastic cable junction box for street lights of size size 155x210x92 mm including TPN terminals for cable connection with IP 66 protection including one MCB single pole 6 Amp, 240 volt, 10 kA, 'C' curve mounted on DIN rail and connecting all the incoming and outgoing cable terminals with lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Hensel CAT No KF 1616G or equivalent model of make list as given in Appendix 'B'.

Material & labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for galvanised steel water tubing 40 mm bore, light grade conforming to IS-1239 with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short plugs and union etc.) and laid in trenches/cable protection on poles/wall/road crossing/floor crossing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light control distribution boards, single phase 230 volt system with 16 Amps, 3 pole contactor and analog time switch for control and operation of the street lights complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Model No. TL016AB0 of Indo Asian or equivalent model of make list as given in Appendix 'B'.
