Deployment of manpower for Fire Fighting at Block-A, Block-B & Central Block within the campus of Khadya Bhawan. Note:- 1. Every labours engaged with this work must be paid with minimum wages as laid down in the existing labour Dept. order in vogue. 2. The attendants remain present in the campus round the clock and keep hiruself alert to tackle emergent situation arising out of fire hazard, if any. 3. The agency should maintain an attendance register in respect of the personnel deployed by him on the basis of which payment will be decided as per approved rates. Copy of this attendance register should be submitted (attested photocopies) along with bills. 4. The attendants shall have proper uniform (le, fire resistant jacket & trousers, helmmet, boots,gloves & hood), photo identity card having details of Name, Residential Address, Blood Group, Phone Number and if any, ESI card No and EPF Number. Total semi skilled labour of all days for fire attendance for 365days x 3 x 2=2190 man days [FREEZED ITEM] Amount=2190 Man Day @ Rs. 635.06= Rs. 1390781.00 (Bidders are requested not to quote any rate of this item) [Rate is achieved from fixed minimum rates of Wages in the employment of Security Services as per Circular no. 38/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dated 04/12/2024 of the Additional Labour Commissioner W.B.] Rate is inclusive of minimum wages, bonus, EPF, ESI & GST as per existing rule.

Charges for overall checkup of fire fighting system and mock fire drill, including operations & demonstration of the Fire Fighting System. Note:- 1. The job of Fire Attendant is general supervision and periodical checking of the entire fire fighting system including portable fire extinguishers & FM 200 fire suppression system (Integrated gas based automatic fire extinguishing system) so that any damage and defects can be identified for taking necessary action. 2. To conduct Mock Drill Test of the system once in a month & report of test to be recorded at the registrar kept at P.W.D.office. 3. Operations & Demonstration of fire extingushier & also FM 200 fire suppression system (Integrated gas based automatic fire extinguishing system) at least 3(Three) nos in each mock drill. 4. Only operation & record maintaining of these portable equipment will be in the scope in this work Refilling of these extinguishers will be got carried out by separately. 5. Free training shall be imparted for operation of fire extinguishers/Fire Fighting System etc. to the staff of the department also security guards by the agency to whom the work is awarded.

Refilling of Water type Fire Extinguishers- 9.0 Litre capacity complete in all respect including all taxes and in all floors.

Refilling of ABC type Fire Extinguishers-6.0 kg capacity complete in all respect including all taxes and in all floors.

Refilling of CO2 type Fire Extinguishers-4.5 kg capacity complete in all respect including all taxes and in all floors.
