PART-A Day to day operation of pumping machinery of the 4 nos fully automatic PLC controlled pouch Form Fill Seal (FFS) machine at the pouch packing unit on daily basis as per instruction of EIC and recording & updating of the stock etc in work site. All the machineries need to be operated as and when required and production of pouches and packing in poly bags (50 pouches in a single bag) to be performed as per requirement of the quantity. All the machines and apparatus need to be cleaned and washed every time before and after use. The machines and apparatus, electrical panel board switches, switch gear etc to be monitored and checked for its proper functioning . Raw materials to be kept properly in good condition from 01-02-2026 to 31-01-2027

3 Nos Operator (skilled) (3 x 12 Months) = 36 units

1 No Supervisor (skilled) (1x 12 Months) =12 units

2 Nos Helper (2 x 12 Months) = 24 units

1 Nos Guard (1x 12 Months) = 12 units

PART-B Supervision of Mechanical and electrical installation and pumps, pipe lines including sweeping, cleaning of Plants as required and as per direction of EIC.w.e.f. 01-02-2026 to 31-01-2027

Sweeping, cleaning different area in side the plant collecting from roads, intermediate path way, back side of the plant, cleaning of surrounding surface drains, cleaning of roofs including collection of dust and also mopping of inside area of the whole plant. (Eight Days in a month= 1 Unit)

Plumber charges (Four Days in a month= 1Unit)
