M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles grade, (300x600x7mm thick as on vertical surfaces like dados or skirting over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete(un-renforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm laid in floor set and jointed in cement slurry including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finish even & fair and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust , etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25 thick cement concrete flooring type B-0, 1:2:4, (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 20 mm thick screed base in cement 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing, rounding of edges (moulding of edges) and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per Ser item No 7.00 above but in vertical surfaces like dados or skirting over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position for sunken portion and floor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below as directed by engr-in-charge:- (a) 15mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised vertical surface. (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles ,dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surfaces. (e) Provision of glass fibre mesh of 2x2 mm immidiately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hours (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement (h) Joining the sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatiuos grout (j) Complete the treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The Treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment. (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply only Water proofing compound

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B2, (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding/roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or cmamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in chgarge.

Providing and applying APP based polymeric membrance minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt n.less than 150gm/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application keep overlap margin for minimum 100mm heat both the overlaps and use round tipped trowel to seal overlap excess compound shold be smoothened and pressed into seam using hot trowel including and Applying evenly a tack coat of Industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per sq.m. including cleaning surfaces with wire brush / coir brush to freee from all loose materials like dust, dirt ect and make wattah / coving at all horizontal and vertical joints to avoid right angle turning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fixing heat resistant terrace (300mm x 300mm 8.10mm) with SRi (solar refractive index) >78, Solar reflection > 0.70 and intial emittance >0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace. laid on 20mm thick cement sand morter in the ratio of 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1 including providing skirting upto 150mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dimolition of Brick tiles or terracing tiles , single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old mud phuska, removing rubbish of the premises cleaning surface and preparing to receive new mud plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tank capacity exc 250 Ltr and n exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 ltrs White coloured capacity triple layered (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) Confirmed ISI Maked hoisted and fixed in position including 25mm bore PTMT ball valve, high pressure with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule (minimum weight 455gms) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F of Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of three legged of cross section 90mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx15mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame molded with fire retardant grade unsaturate polysterresinn and chopped mat.Doorframe laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden black in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiberglass from all sides MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F of 30mm thick glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled door shutter of required color and approved brand and manufacture made with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and style with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate for panels for conforming to IS:14856-2000 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F Aluminium frame for doors, window, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete with powder coating on Aluminium minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron as per the specification the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawl plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fasteners . Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing mild steel clamps made of flat iron 40x6mm in two halves for tapping through 40 to 100mm bore GI/DI water pipe line including drilling and welding of 15-25mm GI socket and necessary rubber insertion, nut, bolts & washers complete all as directed.

Fixing only LED lights fitting 1x 20/25W, 220V, LED tube light/ security light / bulk head / mirror light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.
