Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, cables etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering to required width at bottom and top of cable cushioning including cleaning, spreading, levelling, punning complete all as specified and as directed Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

S&F sub class B bricks for laying in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with old size sub class "B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) in foundation/drain/ filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm dia bore GI Pipe Medium grade for cable protection ISI Marked with all fittings and fixed complete to wall or ceiling or laid in trenches / floors.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and testing of Adaptor (bus trunking) for 11KV bus section along with 50x6mm coper electrolytic 3 phase air insulated bus bar trunking system of 800 Amps, 50KA breaking capacity , IP 54 protection with 11 KV insualtion sleeve in all 3 phase including nut-bolt with factory fabricated Sheet metal enclosure of size 1.4mtr x 2.00mtr x 1.00mtr cubical type with angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame and 75mm channel base, made out of 2.00mm thick MS sheet, indoor type to match with the existing with hinged type door and locking arrangement complete including all welding work, painting internally and external surface with one primer coat and two finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint,including taking down the old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in repairs for factory fabricated Sheet metal enclosure of size 1.4 mtr x 2.00mtr x 0.750mtr cubical type with angle iron 50x50x6mm frame and 75 mm channel base, made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA (MS) sheet, indoor type to match with hinged type door and locking arrangement, for housing of existing 2 Nos of manual drawout type ACB, 800A (Cost of ACB's deemed to be included in quoted rates) and 8 Nos 400 Sqmm 1 core incoming & outgoing cable entry with cable gland, All including fixing of ACBs and incoming & outgoing cable connections, & supply & fix of new 2 Nos digital volt meter, 2 Nos digital ammeter and 2 set indicator LED lamp, complete including all welding work, painting internally and externally surface with one primer coat and two finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint, pad lock, gasket, cable glands, thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers, hinges & inluding supply and fix compact air inuslated bus bar tunking system with aluminium bus bar 800 Amps, 50 KA breaking capacity, IP 54 protection 4 phase for incomming and 4 phase for outgoing for both ACB's separately, including taking down the old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3mm earth lead by means brazing after fixing of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x 10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, earth testing point, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion, including taking down the old earthing complete all complete as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, aromoured heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 400 Sqmm 1 core,laid in trenches or on wall complete with suitable lugs, including taking out the old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables heavy duty with aluminium conductor, LT under ground cable1100 V earthed, garde cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, including taking down the old unserviceable, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 13 above but for cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with single core PVC insulated 6.0 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawn into PVC Conduit and continious earth wire of single core PVC insulated 6.0 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Two single cable ,one single core green earth wire including one meter pvc conduit is measure as one unit.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with single core PVC insulated 10.0 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawn into PVC Conduit and continious earth wire of single core PVC insulated 10.0 Sq mm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Two single cable ,one single core green earth wire including one meter pvc conduit is measure as one unit.

M & L in repair Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed 6mm thick or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in foundation/drain/ filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Schedule of credit (Sch-'A' Part-II) amount of Rs. 1,50,500.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount by the bidder.
