Taking down of existing roof treatment as tarfelt, cement plaster, concrete padding, mud phuska etc of any thickness on roof top including flashing on junction of parapet inclusing removing the debris from site to outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm (average) thickness cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding to maintain slop etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces using WPC @3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth. (b) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and applyling evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @ 0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (c) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (d) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (e) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the overlaps are then scaled/fused by flame.

M&L for gunniting work to RCC work in column, beam, chajjas, balconies, slabs, landings etc by removing loose concrete, cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying one coat of epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and including welded wire mesh fabric or wire of wt exc 4 kg per sqm tied to existing reinforcement with nails, adhesive plaster grade for concrete admixture and providing gunniting pressure 2.00/2.50 Kg/Sqm with admixture 1 part of cement and 3 ½ part of sand with a thickness of 50mm average and making the surface even and smooth including all necessary form work and applying 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified. Note:- Wherever steel bars reinforcement is required the same shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.00 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The damaged portion of the tiles/rendering shall be made good with the same material to match with the adjacent surface without any extra cost.

M&L framed MS work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with guesset plates, rails, braces etc, complete drilling for fitting steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hinging or sliding and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting also fastering and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel black sheet in door 1.60 mm thick in steel gate and similar work cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screwed cut nails or revets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with reveted or welded seams including or turning up, mitred complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of steel window box type made of ERW hollow section of size (130mm x 1.25mm) thick double rebated comprises gauged and glazed skeleton shutter ERW Section 50mmx20mm x 1mm thick double shutter with double leaf and arrangement for cooler opening including iron grill bar with 12mm square complete welded to frame with vertical mulion of size 130mmX65mm with 1.25mm thick ERW box type including cutting holes for hold fast (04 Nos each window) and making good dismantled portion with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 including follwing fittings welded to frame / shutter :- (a) Hold fast of 150mm long of flat iran 25mmx3mm made to shape - 04 Nos each window. (b) MS Handle cold rolled of size 100mm long - 01 No per leaf. (c) MS tower bolt 100mm long -2 Nos per leaf. (d) Z- Section 20mmx25mm long stopper - 01 No per leaf. (e) MS pintel hinges of size 40mmx 25mm - 02 Nos per leaf including one coat of red oxide shop primer complete all as sepecifed and as directed.
