Material and labour for rewinding the electric motor of capacituy 60HP to 75 HP capacity, disconnecting the electtic connection of motor, earth connections, decoupling motor and pump, removing foundation nuts/bolts and removing the motor from its existing position to workshop (Note:- following workds deemed to be included in the quoted rates.) (a) Removing the split case/body cover of motor, seperate stator/rptar and cutting the complete burnt/defective copper winding. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing and paper removal all carbons. (c) Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heaating up at desired temperature for achieve the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connecting/coupling the motor with pump, connect all electric/earth connection foundation nuts.bolts at its original position and testing on load and complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- If the contractor will not attend the complaints by his trades man in any working day /holiday including sunday the necessary reovery of Rs. 500/- per day shall be imposed complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge
