Supply and spreading soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment with tar felt including cement plaster from roof surfaces such as and disposal of the rubbish from the premises beyond 250m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floors hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing including fittings for 15 mm bore pipe in any position (wall/ceiling/floor etc) complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing including fittings for 20 mm bore in any position(wall/ceiling/floor etc) complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as specified.

Taking down userviceable Ceiling fan/Wall mounted fan 400/1200/1400 mm Size remove sealing cable end, blades from site sent to market for make it serviceable with changing bearing/bush, capacitor, clamp, rubber bush, rewinding, repainting, servicing, re-write the MES No on fan & fix blades and Refixing to Existing place and connection complete all accessories as per site required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note :Quoted rates of items for taking down, servicing, repainting, refixing and electrical connection complete of Ceiling/Wall mounted fan all are inclusive in Each Job)

Removing building materials etc to a distance of exc 1.5 Km outside of MoD land or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.
