   Order will be placed only on Reserve Bank of India /Indian Bank Association approved security printers and ISO 9000-9001 certified firm having proven past performance for tendered/similar item.The Firm empanelled as security printers in the current and valid List of Reserve Bank of India /Indian Bank Association should only quote. Offer without said documents will not be considered as valid offer and such offer will be summarily rejected . No back reference on either side will be entertained. Similar item means PRS Ticket with or without advertisement.

   Authorized dealers/Agents must submit tender specific authorization issued by manufacturer of the offer product, failing of which their offer will not be considered as valid offer and such offer will be summarily rejected . No back reference on either side will be entertained.

   Bulk order will be placed on the firm having satisfactory past performance of supplying same/similar item during the last 3 years at least 20 percent of the tendered quantity to any Railways including SER also as per Para-2.6 of attached SER GCC. In this regard tenderer/ firm should invariably attach/ upload relevant documents i.e. copy of purchase order and corresponding challan, inspection certificate, R/Notes if any in support of the same. If firm failed to upload/ attach the said documents then it will be presumed that they do not have any satisfactory past performance and tender will be decided as per the merit of the case & tender terms & conditions without any reference on either side. Refer details of Para-2.6 of attached SER GCC in this regard.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Public procurement policy ( preference to Make in India) is applicable as per attached SER GCC clause no. 29.0

   EMD will be applicable as per attached SER GCC Para 5.0.

   SD will be applicable as per attached SER GCC Para 6.0. If firm fails to supply goods as per the contract, as amended time to time on whom purchase order placed, the purchaser shall have right to levy damages as General Damages (GD) from the supplier for failing to comply with contractual conditions by way of penalty of 5% order value.
