ECHP-I- Replacement of worn out gear box by a reconditioned gear box (Model HDN 180, Ratio 18 1) and then overhauling of head pulley and alignment works in Shuttle Feeder-4A at Secondary Crusher House-I.

Charges for dismantling the gear box, gear coupling and removal of the existing gear box from the bed and then overhauling of gear box by renewal of damaged oil seal and checking the bearings & replacement if necessary etc., Lifting the drive pulley by the use of chain blocks and overhauling of bearings and reassembling of bearing and Plummer block covers. Removal of half coupling from pulley shaft and gear box output shaft, cleaning of gear coupling teeth on pulley shaft & gear box shaft. Removal of motor side half coupling and then fixing of new half coupling on motor side and on reconditioned gear box input shaft. Matching the gear box on the gear box bed and aligning of gear box output shaft with drive pulley shaft and motor shaft with gear box input shaft of SFD-4A at SCH-I including all consumables etc., complete.
