Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and errecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC slab,beam etc.,including strutting upto 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood (silver Oak) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centres and supported by casurina props of size 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centres including necessary cross bracings etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position steel Windows / Ventilators of the following types; outer frames and shutter frames shall be made out of steel sections confirming to IS.7452 / 1990 t of ‘Z’ section (F.7D) of size 25mm x 20mm x 3mm and mullions are made of (F4B) ‘J’ sections of size 46mm x 25mm x 3mm and sash bars shall be made of ‘T’ section (T2) of size 25mm x 22mm x 3mm. including providing handle cum latch with suitable open shall be left for its easy operation and adjustable wind stay of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter and with necessary MS angle hold fasts welded to the outer frame and 12mm MS square guard bars shall be welded to the inner flat of the window at equal intervals not exceeding 100 mm spacing and welding 18G MS sheet for panes and including one coat of red oxide primer and charges for fixing in position including dismantling the masonry, concrete and redoing the same duly packed with concrete etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pre-painted Galvanized Iron Fixed Louvered Ventilators with Glass, Mesh and Grill: Providing and fixing louvered ventilator fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated / powder coated (Base Steel as per IS 513 of ‘D’ quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams / sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.58 mm Paint specification: Coated sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12–16 microns thick and black coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns. Dimensions of section: The section for external frame should be of 57 x 33mm. Fixing details: The section should be cut to length and joined with profile to profile component. Accessories: Glass holding flanges made of glass filled nylon. Glass: Louvers should be provided with 4 mm thick pinhead glass. Mesh: Mesh should be provided with a SS 32 gauge fly mesh of 304 grades with 144 holes per square Inch. Grill: Ventilator should be provided with grill made of 10mm square MS bars welded to12mm x 5mm flat at 4” intervals. Total grill unit should be powder coated and fixed to window frame with screws. The above frames should be fixed to concrete / masonry walls and floor by means of self expanding screws.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with single/double shutters using M.S angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer frames and 35 x 35 x 5mm for shutter frames, fully covered with M.S sheet of 18 gauge with M.S flat of size 32 x 6 mm for internal stiffners and one number of aldrop , two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc., including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials labour charges for fixing the door in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm of Orissa type of approved quality with 'P' or 'S' trap with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 ; 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismandling masonry / RCC works and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Paving the flooring with Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm of approved colour and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the colour cement etc., complete.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of sand ) 20mm. Thick using M sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Dadooing sides of walls with Glazed design tiles of size 200 x 200 x 6 mm set in Cement mortar 1:3 _ 20 mm thick and pointed with the same colour cement including cost and conveyence of all materials , labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing with top of roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of 20mm thick of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 12mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same red oxide mixed mortar etc complete. As per standard specification.
