Temporary restoration of Rising main by way of welding in two layers using M.S Flat strips 5mm thick-5mtrs long/M.S sheets 5mm thick patches to make the damaged portions leak proof using Advani /Adore electrode (Advani Oerlikon make). The job includes all types of skilled labours, power supply diesel generator etc with suitable size nuts bolts RI Cloth in the flanged joints of delivery pipes required for the job .The job includes manual cutting of hard soil for making suitable trenches/ space around the rising main for welding process. Testing the rising main on full discharge. The temporary restoration is required till road cut permission is granted by R& B sub division Pulwama.
Permanent restoration of Rising main by way of Shifting/loading/unloading of the available 125 mm dia.(class-B) Flanged GI delivery pipes /rising main of standard length 6mtrs -03nos in a private laod carrier( TATA 207) from wss Wookh to wss Palpora Astanpora and staking them properly.
Hiring of JCB for road cutting which include cutting of hard soil/road through JCB as per site condition at wss Palpora Astanpora(Navnagri) by making of appropriate sized trench across the road for embedding of the above rising main underground. The Road cut is to be done in two stages so that one way traffic is allowed. The job includes filling back the excavated material in trenches after laying of rising main.
Laying of 125 mm dia.(class-B) Flanged GI delivery pipes /rising main of standard length 6mtrs -03nos. The job includes all types of skilled labours, power supply diesel generator etc required for the job, with suitable size nuts bolts RI Cloth in the flanged joints of delivery pipes. The pipe is to be laid underground in trenches by. The job includes cutting/welding of rising main and fabrication/fitting of offset bends required for aligning of the new portion of the rising main with old one. Testing the rising main on full discharge
