Supplying, laying or fixing, GI water tubing, medium grade, 80mm dia bore confirming to IS-1239 [Part-1] including all fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, etc laid in tenches / floors or fixed to walls / ceiling / roof etc including testing GI tubing with fittings / connections, in trenches / celiling /walls/roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 1 above but 50mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Gun metal gate valve 50mm dia ,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, commissioning & testing of CI Sluice Valve 80 mm bore, both ends flanged, class PN 1.6, ISI marked conforming to IS 14846:2000 with SS spindle and one number hand wheel including making new flanged joints with rubber gasket, necessary bolts, nuts, washers etc of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pumping Sets, Centrifugal, electrical driven, three phase, single stage pump Energy Efficient Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) Squirrel Cage Motors (IE2) 10 HP, 2840 RPM (enclosure confirming to protection IP 55 as per IS:4691-1968) horizontal foot mounted induction motors, continuously rated suitable for operation on 415+/-10%, 50 Hz+/5%, A.C. supply with class 'F' insulation for 50 Deg C ambient temperature and altitiude less than 1000M above MSL, Head Range : 24-39 mtr, Discharge: 455-200 (LPM) and confirming to IS 325:1996 & IS 12615:2011 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rates for PCC foundation are deemed to be inclusive (ii) Rates for NRV as recommended by OEM are to be measured seperately under respective items (iii) Rates of Foot Valve of required size is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Design, fabrication, supply and errecting connecting and testing totally enclosed LT Cubical panel board of of suitable size, 3 Phase 4 wire system indoor type 2 mm, double door front opening type separate compartment for each control gear, cable alley, provision of knock out type plates for various sizes of cable up to 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core in and out (Panel board shall have sufficent space to accommodate spare cables also), incoming and outgoing feeders duly marked on revited plates etc, CPRI approved factory made fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly treated through 7 tank pre treatment process and painted with epoxy power coated matt finish of SIEMENS GREY structral RAL 7032 shade colour, built in industrial type locking arrangement on front and pre wired with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for controls and monitors, PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs, Panel mounted on angle iron frame of 50x50x6mm thick duly painted and mounted on wall through anchor fastners complete and consisting the following provisions:-

M & L for addition/ alteration in old GI pipe, screwing, cutting, threading, fixing of GI fittings like union, elbow, tees, nipples, dummy, plugs etc of upto 40 mm bore including attending any minor work regarding pipe line as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rates for necessary GI fittings like union, tees, nipples, elbow etc is deemed to be inclusive in above quoted rates

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in excavated soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm burried earth pit not less than 2.25m depth below normal ground level with to edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to & including Galvanised earth strip of size 25x4mm by means of GI bolts & nuts etc with provision of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2020 including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering with GI pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade) & MS funnel, concrete pit including excavation and earthwork and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Refilling of the earth pit shall be carried out with black cotton soil. (ii) Earth strip & GI protection pipe as required will be measured under this item irrespective of length. (iii) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost.

S & F Non Return Sluice Valve 80mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on wall /poles or passing through pipe, including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP protection of IP-67 having outer dia 63 mm and inner dia of 50 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc., for protection of HT UG cable all as specified and as directed. Make : Gemini/ Telerex/ Prince

M & L for construction of valve chamber of inner dimension 600 x 600 x 600mm including excavation, Brick work, Iron work & GI Plate as required for cover plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & install hi-wall split AC units indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built cooling arrangements and digital invertor twin rotary of capacity 1.5 TR 5 star rating complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Voltage Stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and of capacity 3KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 240 volts, 10 KA 'C' curve MCB of single pole and current carrying capacity 16 to 32 Amps in the MCB DB including connecting testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for submain wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2 x 4.0 Sqmm drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 20mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings and fixing accessories and 4.0 Sqmm FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) 3 Runs of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth.
