Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/terrace by picking including taking down existing detoriated / decayed tar felt or any treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing the scraped materials debris to a distance not exc. 1000 m.all as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass(any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in a square n exc 0.5 Sq m in each pane upto three storey of bldgs

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. but cement or cement lime plaster,any description complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layer (10+5) mm in cement mortar 1:4 top coat mix with WPC on brick work or concrete surface of walls finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC will be measured separately.
