Immediate measures to Protection work at river Monai at Kukurbhuka area on its Left Bank under SDRF for 2019-20

Light jungles: Clearing light jungles and trees up to 50 cm girth including cutting, uprooting roots and stumps, removing them from the site of the work etc. complete as directed.

Collection of man size (23cm to 30cm) river boulder free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including necessary carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks at quarry site, payment of forest royalty, monopoly, etc. Complete as directed.

Earth work in bank trimming to the designed section/slope including removing the soil and depositing on bank/toe of proposed structure as directed by the department. Including clearing light jungles, debris and other foreign materials etc. with all lead & lifts etc. completed as directed.

Supplying of Galved. Hexagonal wire netting rolls 152mm (6'') mesh of size 15.24m × 3.66m (50' ×12') longitudinal wire at 152mm ((6'') C/c made of 8 S.N.G. wire triply twisted including loading, unloading and stacking properly complete as directed by the Deptt. (Weight of each roll should not be less than 83 kg.)

Supplying of Galved hexagonal wire netting sheets made of 152 mm (6”) square mesh in sheets of overall size 2.57 m × 1.66 m (8’-6” × 5’6”) having knots of 12 gauge at every joints including loading, unloading and stacking properly complete As directed by the Deptt. (Weight of each sheet should not be less than 6.30 kg.)

Labour charge for dumping of boulder in sausage made of hexagonal wire netting rolls of size 15.24m × 3.66m (supplied by the Deptt. Free of cost) cutting the netting as required making the sausage by tying the projected end with 8G. Wire including supplying and tying the wire at every joint after filling the sausage with boulder properly and launching in a place as directed including all handling charge and local carriage of boulder and wire netting rolls from a distance upto 150m complete as directed.

Labour charge for dumping boulder in cage made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57m × 1.66m of 8G. galved. Wire making the cage from 2 nos. of wire netting sheets (wire netting sheets to be supplied by the Deptt. Free of cost within 150m of the work site) filling boulders inside the cage, launching the same in position as directed including all handling charges and including site carriage of boulder from stack yard/ dump site within a distance of 150m etc. complete as directed. (Without both)

Local carriage of boulder, metal, gravel etc. from the approachable site beyond 150m and up to 3.00km from the work site including loading from stack and unloading at work site with 10 (ten) ton capacity truck, supplying P.O.L. etc. complete as directed.
