S&F new boiler coil of capacity 2 to 4 Lac Kcl/Hr with precision workman ship using Tripod and chain pulley and inserting the coil inside combustion chamber by dismanteling and opening of boiler including reassembling the top cover plate and glycol tubing complete with electrical connections and testing of the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and Isolating burnt blower motor from AHU (Air handling unit) by disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections and rewinding of motor and reassembling, testing of the same after carrying out rewinding of blower motor of capacity 5 to 7.5HP, 3ph 415Volt, 50Hz with supper enamelled copper wire having same gauge after taking out old burnt winding including replacement of bearing complete and all as specified

M&L for replacement of gasket set of pump set as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for descaling of under mentioned boiler coils and servicing of boiler by opening of boiler coil cover from the both sides including disconnecting of inlet and outlet water connections of the boiler. Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the tubes by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitable size as per copper tube size for the entire length of coil and scraping down the sludge precipitated inside the tubes. Closing both side of coil and circulating the descaling compound solution in tubes of boiler through the separate circulating pump and allow the descaling solution to hold for 1hr for chemical reaction. After the duration of 1 hr open the coil ends and clean with iron rod connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per tube size and ensuring that the coil has been descaled upto max clean range , then closing both the ends of the coil and circulating clean water in the tubes of boiler and draining it out, the process will be continued till the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge then refixing the coil inside the chamber complete with all fixing material required at site:- 1,00,000 K cal/hr at IIT
