Dismantling of 20 special type TNGRHS quarters at R.S.No. 3171/8 under block VI - A Government estate, chennai district including all RCC members such as beams,lintel, roof,staircase,Brick work main wall,partition walls etc.available upto ground level including hire charges for machineries,cost of all salvage retrived material such as bricks,brick bats, frames, shutters, doors, wood paneled windows, steel rods, grills etc.The site should be cleared of all debries and levelled neetly.The debries should be disposed away from the city limits @ suitable place including lorry hire charges,loading and unloading etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
