Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed / Al. Conductor, LT type of 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed / Al. Conductor, LT type of 25sqmm to 50 sqmm any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed / Al. Conductor, LT type of 70sqmm to 120 sqmm any size complete all as specified and directed.

Boring under roads / pavement / hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using necessary machine including Supply & inserting HDPE pipe of 90 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.

M&L for LT cable fault rectification of following sizes given by using Fault locator machine to detect fault and rectify the same incl T&P & items ie lugs,tape etc complete all as specified and directed. :-

(a) 16 sqmm to 50 sqmm X 3.5/4 core

(b) 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm X 3.5 core

(c) 150 sqmm to 400 sqmm X 3.5 core

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessaries suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armourd aluminium conductor cable of following size after detaction of fault location complete all as specified and directed. :- Note: Quoted rates for earth work and returning filling which required shall be included in the item.

Shifting of LT XLPE underground cable with proper connection in trenches / pole etc, aluminium conductor of any sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Excavation with Earth Work,sand cushioning will be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ.

Taking out old PCC cable cover & Re-laying after shifting of cable any type / any size from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair High performance microprocessor based 3 phase APFC relay in control panel with Auto/Manual Option including control CT & control wiring of the panel.

Material and Labour for cleaning of dust particles from inside the LT Panel by air blowers, tightening of loose connections, filling of gaps with sealants, removing of vegetation, surface dressing surrounding the panel, welding of damaged panel doors, fixing of hinges, providing locking arrangements, applying one coat of primer, painting of panel with two coats synthetic enamel paint of existing colour complete including providing lock all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipment etc at the other and earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x6 mm flat iron clamps bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI Pipe electrode complete all as specified and shown in elctrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. the scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil. removal of soil upto 50 metre PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel, CI frame etc complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: (I) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC(1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Demolition of old PCC and M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/ coping including necessary formwork, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Danger notice plate for LT of size 20 x 15cm and 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size complete all as specified and directed.
