Tender For Supply and Installation of Pallet truck 2500 kg, Weighing Scale 1000 kg and Semi Electric Stacker 1000 kg to MRF Unit of TMC Hunasamaranahalli

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the at least 1 no of qty(One Unit of Similar work) of the said machinery/equipment to any Material Recovery Facility(MRF) Plant/Unit of the Govt/Semi-Govt/Pvt Organization in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. Copies of relevant work done certificate(s) from competent authority to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant year. Also must provide Satisfactory Performance Certificate issued from Competent Authority. The models should have been released on or after 2021 and be in satisfactory operation for 12 months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer-The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

Authorized Service Station Certificate: Provide relevant document for having 01 Authorized Service Station within 100 Km from Place of Delivery

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2019-20 to 2023-24, achieved in at least any two financial years minimum annual financial turnover of rupees not less than Rs.2.09 lakhs. Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant (With profit loss statement)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount of Rs. 62,850.00 (Credit lines/ letter of credit/Unconditional Banker certificates from scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. on bank letterhead with seal and signature of the bank as given in the given format

GST Registration Certificate/Company registration certificate

Manufacturing certificate or dealership certificate

Provide Compliance Certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 3834, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 31000, ISO 10001 and CE Certificate.
