PCC M-15 with minimum cement content 240 Kg/cum as per HSR item no. 6.23.1.1

1st class BM (1:4) in cement sand mortar in foundation and plinth as per HSR item no. 7.21.1

Steel reinforcement for RCC work, where not i/c complite rate of RCC, i/c straigtening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlapes, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect above plinth level, thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per HSR item no. 6.33.6

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manaul mean in foundations and trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50 m width or 10 sqm on plan), i/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50 m i/c getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated as directed, with a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil as per HSR item no. 4.12.1

Making Centering and shuttering i/c strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landing, balconies as per HSR item no. 6.30.3

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for doors, window and ventilators of mild steel angle sections of size 35x35x5 mm joints mtrs and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x3 mm flat pieces of the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with fastner i/c fixing of necessary but, hinges and screw and applying priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge as per HSR item no. 13.2

12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar as per HSR item no. 11.5.3

Excavation trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and directed within a lead of 50 m pipes, cables etc. exceeding 300mm dia but not exceeding 600 mm dia as per HSR item no. 4.16.1.3

Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level-depth ISI mraked 400 mm dia HDPE pipe of PE-80 grade and PN4 for water supply application as per IS 4984:2016 embeded upto date in trenches in complete i/c cost of HDPE special, labour, sectional hydro testing i/c the cost of convence of water to site for testing and commessioning as per technical specification and as per directions of the Engineer, complete in as respect NS item

Providing and installation of 5 cusic submessible pumping set of 50BHP with 16 mtr head i/c all accessories (NS) as rate already approved vide Estt. Sanction no. 2848/5BWS/194/320 dated 26.05.2021

Supplying of fully automatic electric control panel board for T/Wells in Pump Chamber consisting of MS sheet of thickness 14 gauge duly painted box type floor mounted made of angle frame containing 1 no. fully automatic air brake starter sultable for Motor of the following capacity, Min switch of suitable range with HRC fuse, 1 no. volt meter (o to 500 volts), 1 no. Amp. meter of 0 to 100 amp. 3 sets of indicating lamp capacitor of suitable capacity and 1 no. single phase preventers with the timer switch including wiring in panel board and suitable electric energy meter wiring in Electric control panel board complete in all respect as per specification given in Schedule no. II, including MCB, suitable, capacitor, wooden box etc as per site requirement complete in fal respect, Make: -L&T, SIEMENS, BCH, SCHNEIDER, as per HSR U.C. no. PH297
