Providing & fixing commissioning & testing of horizontal spindle horizontal/radial split casing/end section (back pull out arragement)single/ double/ multistage centrifugal pump or combination of pumps in series/ parallel of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/ Becon wier /kirloskar/BE/ Jyoti/WASP/ASPEE as per BIS 1520-1980 with up to date ammendents read with IS 9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze impeller priming funnels casing ring and shaft sleves of bronze shaft of steel grade with cast iron casing coupled directely through a flexible coupling on a common CI cast steel base plate (base plate to be from the manufacture of the pumping unit only.) with 30 HP Motor Discharge : 5.00 LPS,Head:320 Mtr.

Providing and fixing of double flanged cast iron sluice valve of Leader/Bhel/Kirloskar/Kilburn/GLED/Fouress make and of 50 mm dia capable of with standing normal seat pressure as per IS 5312-1884 P-1 with up to date ammendents class ASA-300 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of double flanged cast steel Reflux valve of Leader/Bhel/Kirloskar/Kilburn/GLED/Fouress make and of 50 mm dia capable of with standing normal seat pressure as per IS 5312-1884 P-1 with up to date ammendents class ASA-300 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of common header 50 mm dia including cost of MS flanges required bends,welding,gasket,nut,bolts,Etc.complete in all respectincluding entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift up to 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear from the as of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs.- P-J Work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1Cement:5Sand:10 graded stone aggregate, 40 mm nominalsize) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form in retaining wall / breast wall ,the size of plums shall be 150mm to 300 mm as per HP.PWD specifications.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete work in :

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partitions and the like including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like .

Providing,laying and jointing in trenches,GMS tubes (light grade ) Tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately ) 32 mm dia.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to a lead of 20 meters. Spade work,Pick work & Jumper work.

Excavation in drain channel etc. in earth work including dressing of sides and disposing of excavated earth upto lead of 20 mtrs & lift up to 1.5 mtrs disposed to be levelled and neatly dressed pick jumper work.

Dressing of bed and preparation of sub grade for lining in pick work.

Dressing of sides slope and preparation of sub grade for lining in pick work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6( 1cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in.
