Providing and fixing to existing door frames 30mm thick factory made polyvinyl chloride (PVC) door shutter made of stiles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2mm +/- 0.2mm with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The stiles and rails mitred and joined and the corners by means of M.S.galvanized/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0mmand stainless steel screws. The stiles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm +/- 0.1mm wall thickness.
