Dismantling of old winch /raising lowering system along with disassembling of fused/burnt luminaries with the help of Hydra and skilled labour.

Repair & service of raising/lowering type of High Mast Tower of flowing height with top diameter 150mm (nominal size) and bottom diameter 360mm (nominal size), as per specifications and made out of 3mm thickness of material for top and 4mm thickness of material for bottom on existing foundation, as per specification attached & comprising broadly the following Galvanized steel polygonal mast in section with base plate and hot dipped galvanized sections. The sections shall be stress/slip fitted without any circumferential weld in between. There shall be only one longitudinal seam weld per section and no circumferential weld. Head frame sliding galvanized lantern carriage capable of moving up and down the mast complete with self-aligning mechanism guides and capable of receiving the upto 6nos, of flood light luminaries, as per detail enclosed and their control gear boxes (lantern carriage with as many nos. of arms, as per detail enclosed): - a) Set of hoisting ropes made out of stainless steel. b) Double drum winch with power unit. c) Heavy gauge hot dipped galvanized lighting finial for lighting protection of high mast. d) Multicore, copper conductor flexible power trailing cables of appropriate rating for energizing the luminaries complete as reqd.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of energy efficient LED flood light luminaries of 150 watt with separate control gear box, high powered LEDs secondary lens complete with mounting brackets and accessories on the existing high mast with the help of tower wagon including connections complete as required. The LED luminaries should confirm the following technical specifications: - a) High power LEDs b) Driver efficiency >90% c) System efficiency > 120lm/w d) Color index (CRI) Ra> 70 e) Color temperature (CCT) cool white: 4000 K f) Input voltage 220V AC g) Frequency range 50-60 Hz h) Power factor (PF)>0.90 i) Driver specification: 220 volts silicone potted electronic driver with internal surge protection of minimum 4KV and external 10KV Make:Havells/Bajaj/Crompton/Phillips/wipro/DJB approved

Supply of MCB 63 Amp FP, C series. Make: Havells/L&T/DJB approved.

Supply of MCB sheet steel enclosure for above MCB. Make-ISI.

Supplying of 4X25 sq. mm, 1.1KV, PVC sheathed, XLPE aluminium armoured cable. Make-Havells Gloster/Grandlay/Universal.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying and laying 25 nm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Fabricating, supplying & fixing of wiremesh protection frame work fabricate with 40X40X6mm thick angle iron & tee iron of 40X40X6 mm thick by making blocks of not less than 90X90 cm in frame including providing & fixing wire mesh of section 75mmX 25mm of 8 SWG & having weight not less than 7.5 kg/sq. mtr. and shall be fixed with 25X3 mm thick MS flat frame & all frame work is to be painted with two or more coat of Red Oxide primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint etc as reqd.
