Demolition of lean cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete , all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type BO using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate , laid to be minimum consolidated thickness of 25 mm as levelling course, laid and complete in slope over roof all as specified & directed

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt & dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under:- (a) 10 mm thick plastering in Cm (1:4) using 100 % coarse sand on roof/ parapet walls with wpc @ 3% BY WEIGHT OF CEMENT (B) Applying coat of bituminoios primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry (c) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kgs / Sqm over primer (c) Supply and laying of 3mm thick minimum polymeric water proofing membrance weighting not less than 3 kG/ Sqm black finish reinforcement with non woven polyster matt with help of torching with proplane or abutance gas using toech with minimum 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm end overlap as per manufacturar instruction (e) Applying a take coat of hot blown bitumin grade 85/25 @ 10.20 Kgs / Sqm (f) Blinding with dry coarse sand @ 0.50 to 1.0 kg / Sqm dusted over bitumin Note: The net area of water prooofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for taps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick drain/ PCC/ stone surfaces including racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, drains mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked)@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturar instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately) all as specified

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 on fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked).

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder, gauge not exc 63cm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified & directed

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified & directed

M & L for prepolished designed and coloured chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment of size 30cm x 30cmx22 to 25 mm thick set or jointed with cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortor (1:6) and polished with grey cement, complete all as specified & directed

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 50 mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick plinth protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C 2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed..

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & RCC posts applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of chalk whiting, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall & RCC posts applying one coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of chalk whiting, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground. Note : Dismantling of existing galvanized iron steel barbed wire / Chain link fencing shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks for hold fast etc. including necessary formwork wherever required, complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out soft and loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing suplus soil to a distance .exc 50mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for steel work in MS tubular work in truss, purlin etc including all necessary welding, bolting, reveting etc conforming to grade I.S.1161-1998 grade St-240 all as specified.

Dismantling of walls and ceiling boards or insulation board any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Provision of performated/semi-perforated 9mm thick Armstrong ceiling tiles size 595mmx595mm for insulation and acoustic purposes including aluminium anodised section of size, wall angle 30mm x25mmx2mm thick, main/cross T section 15mmx15mm x1.40mm and suspended with 4mm dia GI wire of suitable length and including fixed and aluminium snap grid all as per clause 10.38.1 of SSR Part I and as per manufracture,s instructionscomplete all as specified and directed. Dismantling Asbestos cement /CGI (Corrugated, semi corrugated etc) transculent sheets in roof covering and existing lightening protection all as specfied and directed.

S&F for 0.50mm thick Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corugated steel sheet ' colour' having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping and bituminous washers as in roof complete screws as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided for and separating steel reinforcement by segregating cleaning servicable reinforcement bar for reuse complete all as specified and directed. (Slab, pre cast cover slab)

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggrtegate as in precast cover slabs of drains, cover slabs of manholes and similar articles and setting in CM 1:6 including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing TMT steel reinforcement bars 10 mm dia bars & over, cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking,bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with MS wire annealed of 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparations i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1 : 1½ : 3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per Sqm but n.exc 3 Kg/Sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70mm including applying two coats of Finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified. Note: - Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor.
