M & L for preparation of surface with wire brush and removing loose particle & laitance, washing with clean water, cutting and removing damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. till the mother slab, fillig the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allowing it to cure for 24 hrs, applying the first priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalent) by brush on prepared concrete/ plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 (one) part of water and allowing to dry for 04 (four) hours, applying first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit Newcoat/ Waterseal concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products or equivalent) without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface, overlaying an open-woven fibre glass mesh of min 40 GSM and size 2mm x 2mm on the wet surface of first coat and allowing it to soak completely and immediately applying the second coat with a roller to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh and finally applying the third coat 6 to 8 hrs after the second coat is dried complete all as specified and directed. Note: Drying time between coats shall be 6 to 8 hours as per manufacturer's instructions.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete roof top surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measued and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M & L for chipping, removing carefully concrete work using low impact hammer, breaking without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposing off debris outside the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M & L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117 on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the Schedule. (Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

S & F in repairs steel reinforcement where 20% of cross section is reduced, with TMT bars of appropriate size, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT confirming to ASTM-B-117 on the rebars, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja, or concrete surface of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi Area including filling of open joints with cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measued and paid separately.

Suppy only intergral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of any type of distempered wall surfaces, preparation of the surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each, with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminum powder coated window/ ventilator shutter including frame, any type (sliding or openable) with frame & other similar work etc fabricated by using standard sections including necessary arrangement to receive 4mm thick sheet glass or wiremesh with aluminium channel beading and stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket / rubber beading complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sheet glass & wire mesh shall be measured & paid separately. Note: Weight of the rubber gasket / beading will not be measured with weight of aluminium shutter

S & F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples to aluminium windows complete all as specified and directed. Note: Aluminium u-clips will not be measured separately if changed during repairs.
