Earth work in excavation for all types of road structures ,such as retaining walls,breast walls ,culverts drains and parapets etc.in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil,ordinary rocks,hard rocks chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,including setting out, constrcution of shoring and bracing ,removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty milimetres ) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge and including of carrage of materials with in all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:6: 12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (forty milimetre) nominal size for Mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORD clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete grade M-10 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3: 6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre) nominal size for Mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORD clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials with in all leads , lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto Eight graded crushed stone aggregate) 25mm (twenty five milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall and retaining wall with granular material complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 ( One thousand two hundred four point three point eight ) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipes IS (Indian Standard) class NP-2 (Non Pressure -Two) 900mm (Nine hundred) millimeters internal dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement morter 1;2 (one cement isto two sand ) but excluding excavation , protection work ,back filling ,concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapets complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 1108 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying weepholes in brick masonry /stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall return wall with 100mm (one hundred ) milimetre dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(v):20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORD clause 614,,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying flooring (laid over cement concrete bedding) of rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:3( one cement isto three sand ) complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORD clause 1303 including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads,lifts and as per the same satisfaction direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) complete as per MORD Specifications including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub-grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade complete as per MORD specification including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Construction of Granual Sub- base/base/ surface course with local materials (Table 400.13 ) by mix in place method normal constrcuction of granular sub -base by providing local materials spreading in uniform layes with motor grader on prepared surface ,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achiev the desired density as per Clause 401.4 complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 401 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means crushed stone aggregates of specific size 63mm to 45mm (Sixty three to forty five milimeter) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (Kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening Type B 11.2mm ( Eleven point two milimetre) binding materials to fill-up the interstices coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -II as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- In- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means crushed stone aggregates of specific size 53mm to 22.4mm (Fifty three to Twenty two point four milimeter) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (Kilo Newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening Type B 11.2mm ( Eleven point two milimetre) binding materials to fill-up the interstices coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -III as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 ( Four hundred five) including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- In- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared suface of granular base including cleaning of road suface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg (Zero point eighty five killogramme) per square metre using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 (Five hundred two), including carriage of materials,with in all leads, lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 ( Zero point two seven five) kilogram per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and clean with hydraulic broom as per MORD techanical specification Clause 503 ( Five hundred three) including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling by mechanical means of open graded premix carpet 20 mm (Twenty millimeters) compacted thickness composed of 13.2 mm. to 5.6 mm. (Thirteen point Two millimeters to Five point Six millimeters) crushed stone aggregate at the rate 0.27 cum (Zero point two seven) Cubic meter mixed with 14.6Kg ( Forteen point six kilogram) per 10 sqm (Ten Squaremeter) penetration grade bitumen VG -10 ( Viscostin grade ten) to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable hot mix plant 30/40 ( Thrity/ forty) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed material and laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN ( Eighty to one hundred kilo newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed seal coat of Type –B- as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 (Five hundred Eight) including carriage of materials, with in all leads, lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and laying by mecchanical mens Type-B seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 6.8 Kg ( Six point eight killogramme) penetration grade bitumen VG -10 ( Viscostin grade ten) mixed with 0.06 cum( Zero point zero six ) cubic metre crushed sand 2.36mm to 180 micron ( Two point thrity six milimetre to one hundred ) per 10(Ten) square meter premixed in a suitable hotmix plant 30/40 ( Thrity/forty) tonne per hour capacity , transporting and rolling complete with a three wheel 80-100 kN ( Eighty to one hundred kilo newton) static road roller as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 (Five hundred Eight) including carriage of materials, with in all leads, lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated M-15 grade ordinary kilometer stone ( precast) of standard design as per IRC :8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications rural roads August 2004 clause 1703 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated M-15 grade 200meter (precast) local stone of standard design as per IRC :8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications rural roads August 2004 clause 1703. including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and supplying of 900mm equilateral triangle of retro -reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over ACP 3mmsupported on a road steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mmx450mm x600mm ,600mm below ground level a sper drawing and technical specification clause 801.FOR destimnation including all applicable charges and including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-\reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.90 sqm supported on mild steel angle iron posts 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical NABARD Citizen informatory sign board as per MORD specifications and drawing.Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 25mx3mm . The angle angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
