REPAIR RESURFACING OF ROAD AT CERTAIN PLACES INSIDE LAUNCH COMPLEX I, LAUNCH COMPLEX II, LAUNCH COMPLEX III AND VARIOUS OPTRONICS TRACKING STATIONS AT ITR CHANDIPUR

NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep average and getting out in soft/loose soil and disposal of soil/rubbish and vegitation to a distance n.exc.50 m all as speicified.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering. (Note :Measurements shall after consolodation thick ness)

M&L Repair to pot holes, area not exc 1 Sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm, putting in pre-mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg/10 sqmand binded with 0.09 cu.m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm in deep.

Water bound macadam, 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) with broken stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) (Granite, Trap or Basalt) spread rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 5 but except materials. (The serviceble materials obtained from Sl Item No 4 shall be reused after cleaning and proper stacking.)

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat on bituminous macadam surface with bitumen primer @3Kg / 10 Sqm

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumin VG-10) at 5 kg / 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to a required gradient and camber using 4% paving bitumen (VG-30) by weight of mix shall be from hot mix plant and laid by machnical paver (consolidated thickness 75mm or less).

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content with paving bitumen VG-30, filler OPC cement as per recomendation of job mix design by weight of total mix from hot mix plant, rolled by 8 to 12 tonne vibrtating (tandom) road roller to confirm uniform surface and compacted to required gradient and laid with mechanical paver complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Thermoplastic road marking paint 2 mm thick (lines, dashes, arrows letters, etc. on wall, pavements and the like) with road safety spikeries glass beads 8% including preparation of new or previously treated road surface by using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree centigrade complete all as specified.

S&F Hard PVC rubber road speed bumps with reflector, capacity upto 60 tons width 500 mm and length 750 mm.
