Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition cement concrete (Un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.( Manhole bottom portion PCC Etc )

Taking down camera plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water plaster all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:6 finished rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in forming channel, benching inside drain (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in drain and as coping including form work all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain of 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred stopped ends etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs / coping set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement to be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as spd and as directed.

M & L in repair Providing precast reinforced cement concrete RCPC drain cover 100 mm thick of size 900mm x 450 mm as in drain cover with capacity 5MT all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 40mm graded aggregate finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick in cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) finished without using extra cement all as specified as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/vertical surfaces, etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 8-10mm thick endure tiles of size 300mmx300mm, as in flooring over 20mm thick backing layer of cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with admixture pigment to match the shade, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick pre polished coloured chequered tiles of size 400X400/450x450 jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white or coloured to match including over 20 mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 completed all as directed.

S&F 15mm thick pre-polished decorative cement concrete tree guard tiles/ Brick tiles of approved size, design and colour laid on vertical surfaces over 15mm thick backing layer in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 16 to 18mm thick Dholpur stone( any type of colour ) cladding on wall ,gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sqm fixed with and including making V groove at top and bottom of stone , polishing rubbing & including silicon treatment set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 15mm backing coat in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick( Rough finish) any type of colour granite ,machine cut as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and on floor over 20mm thick backing layer/ Screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) , set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite tile including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over laid screed bed 20 mm thick CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Removal and disposal off of waste material / debries / Soils/ Sludge from Fort William Camp area to out of MD land as any location catered by KMC, complete, all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note: Volume of each trip shall be considered for 4 Cum as Each Job / Trip.

M&L preparation of Old Surfaces of Walls and applying One Coats of Cement Base Paint, complete all as specified and as directed. ( up to any high of buildings)

Material & Labour preparation of old surface of walls applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over all as specified and directed. (up to any high of building)

M&L Preparing old Steel Surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of old brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enemal paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying 1.0 mm thick wall putty on old/new surface of wall and complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of wall by complete removal of existing treatment , washing, rubbing , stopping etc and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer to match all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge any height of bldg.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
